Decrease in VAT rates by 1% for the year 2023.

The new rates will be:

7% (instead of 8%): gas, electricity, heating, firewood, plants, hairdressers, cleaning of private homes…
13% (instead of 14%): wines with 13 degrees of alcohol or less, cleaning products, advertising prints, care and management of titles…
16% (instead of 17%): everything else!

Please note that the rate of 3% remains unchanged.
The law of October 26th, 2022 was published in the A534 memorial of October 26th, 2022.
